We had contacted another Agent but the response was poor. On the other hand Twila was quick to respond. We had a lot of questions and when she didn’t have the answer, she found out quickly. She is very pleasant and friendly and very quickly earned our trust. She understood what we were looking for and found us just the right property. She followed up with us frequently including a visit after we moved in. Twila is professional and made the whole experience fun. We will use her again when the need arises.

Amazing, amazing, amazing. Twila had perfect recommendations and insight as we finished all the renovations we needed to sell and upgrade for our growing family. She was always ready to answer questions and had accommodated us through the entire selling/buying processes. She made the experience very comfortable and exciting!

Twila listens to your requirements, adapts to the situation, and follows through. She clearly explained the fees and the terms of the realtor agreement. While our house was on the market Twila was always available for advice, and successfully negotiated a final sale price to our financial benefit. She also connected us with a neighbourhood lawyer who handled the sale agreement. We give Twila a 5 out of 5 satisfaction rating.

Selling our acreage and buying our next house with Twila was a great experience. Twila was very accommodating, up front and realistic about every situation. She was quick to respond to questions or comments we had. She was incredibly knowledgeable and always had our best interest in mind.
