During the sale we received timely updates and feedback from potential buyers - which weren't many since Twila sold our home in 3 days - THREE DAYS - for our ASKING PRICE! Lets talk about the sale, we ended up receiving multiple offers for our home which is great in most situations however if you recall we had very tight timelines to work with - This is where Twila shined again. She sat with us going through the contracts playing out different scenarios that worked for our family's need. Twila is always thinking 3 steps ahead in the process, when we asked about lawyers - our paperwork was already there, land surveys - she already had it handled.
