My wife and I have bought and sold multiple properties with Aly and he never disappoints! Aly has extensive building & reno knowledge which has made him a great asset when purchasing our house. When selling homes, Aly's marketing is cutting edge. With his 3D virtual tours, HD photography & realistic 3D floorplans, we believe he has made it easy for potential Buyers to take an interest in our home. We only wish more realtors offered this extensive marketing when we have been house hunting for ourselves. He has his pulse on the ever changing real estate market and has been able to give us invaluable advice. Aly is professional yet takes an interest in his clients beyond just the business transaction. Aly's skill in real-estate is huge. At our first meeting I felt comfortable with Aly and trusted him. He is very personable and knowledgeable. Through out the total process he informed us of issues and allowed us to make decisions for the sale. We were able to get a satisfactory price for our condo and Aly also assisted my wife and I to get financing for our new home prior to the sale of our condo. My opinion of Aly is 10/10, he has great connections and worked tirelessly to assist my wife and I to achieve our goals. I would recommend Aly for any and all real estate deals.
