After looking thru a few agent choices, we decided to hire Aly to sell our home as well as look for our next one. Picking an agent wasn't decision we took lightly as a a good realtor will be the difference obtaining your dream home vs. obtaining a blah blah home that you'd have to make a lot compromises in and eventually sell after a few years. Aly's online portfolio seemed excellent with a lot of satisfied customers - we decided to give him a try. Our home was listed at the price that Aly recommended and that we were happy with. We were told why we shouldn't list higher and why we shouldn't list it lower. It sold incredibly quickly and was a painless process. If it took longer to sell, we would not have been able to obtain our next home. When we moved onward with the home searching process afterwards, Aly impressed us with his thorough knowledge of neighborhoods and cities. However, what was outstanding is that he has a background in construction and renovations. He can walk into a new development and see exactly what is done right and what is done wrong. Most realtors don't have this skill set and just want you to settle on a purchase. We kind of new what were were looking for already in a home so Aly's input at the properties we looked at steered us to the right direction. After some back and forth's with offers, we finally got our dream home with Aly's assistance. This is a little simplified and sugarcoated but we got thru the whole stressful process and I could not be happier with our home. My wife and I feel very blessed moving into this place. We would not be where we are today if we didn't have Aly's guidance.
