Tracy was everything we could ask for in a realtor. We purchased our home remotely, with occasional visits to Comox Valley. We contacted Tracy based on the reviews we saw online, and we couldn't be more thrilled with her and her team's services. Tracy truly cares about her clients and getting them the home that they need. There were multiple opportunities where our enthusiasm got ahead of us and Tracy always grounded us to make sure we got the best information available and made the best decision. There were multiple opportunities where if she wished, Tracy could have got a nice easy commission cheque, but all she cared about was making sure we had the right home for our family. I've worked with numerous realtors and Tracy consistently exceeded my expectations. She's always available. Before, during, after the sale - random questions, recommendations, sounding board - anything. Her knowledge of the comox valley is unbelievable. She knows the history of the neighborhoods, schools, infrastructure. She has endless contacts in the area that she can lean on to get the inside scoop. Our home was a multiple offer, and Tracy was balanced in her approach to ensure we got the home, but didn't overspend. I literally don't know what we would do without her.
