Tracy provided excellent service from the very start of the house selling experience. She is super organized, knows the market and took initiative to do research to be super ready for the initial meeting. Meeting were very straight forward and she handled many complex pieces of the sale with confidence which made us feel that we were well taken care of through the whole process. We could not think of a better person to sell the house and to help guide us through this during a very different type of market. We asked Tracy to be part of our family we just think she is amazing!
