Sean and the entire The Guy With The Dog team (Julia, Lucas and Valerie) were superb. We were referred to Sean by friends. We interviewed him and other agents before deciding to go with Sean. He impressed us with his clam demeanour, his data analytics, and superior knowledge of the Ottawa market and the neighbourhoods we were most interested in (Hintonburg, Wellington Village, Westboro, Civic Hospital). What we were not expecting, but were thrilled to discover, was that The Guy With The Dog is more than just Sean. There is an entire team that made the process of selling our home and buying a new one surprisingly easy. There was great communication, really excellent customer service, and a lovely group of people to work with throughout the process. We will not hesitate to refer Sean and the team to anyone looking for a realtor. (It was a bonus, and no doubt due in part to Sean's knowledge and approach, that we managed to sell our place for full list price within 48 hours while buying a great home well under asking price in one of our preferred neighbourhoods. Our family was faced with the need to sell a relatives condominium quickly to facilitate a move to a new residence. Seam McCann and his team gave us thoroughly researched pricing guidance based on comparables in the same building, created the listing, staged the property and conducted viewings, and sold the unit for the suggested price in the midst of a cooling market very quickly. We worked with several team members and every exchange with each team member was friendly, considerate, knowledgable and professional.
