This was my 2nd purchase using Trevor as my real estate agent and first time using The Guy With The Dog. Let me tell you, this was the best experience I could ask for. Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, things went smooth as butter. I purchased a new home and sold my old one with little to no stress. Trevor and his team really take care of you and make you feel at ease during the whole process. They even provided face masks, hand sanitizer and latex gloves for the home visit, again, taking the experience that one step further. The sale of my home went exceptionally well, Trevor and his team gave me the pointers I needed to really stage my home well and gave me advice on little things I could do to really improve the look and net the most showings possible. Let me tell you... it PAID off REALLY well, and I can promise that I will always use Trevor and The Guy With The Dog real estate. Again, thank you so much for this awesome experience and easing this process for me.
