Trevor is literally the best. I was a paranoid first time home buyer with lots of questions. Trevor answers all your questions. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to homes and things to be cautious of as a buyer. He has great contacts such as lenders and lawyers that are just as good as him. He's always available and gets back ASAP, call or text. I'm really glad I got to work with Trevor and plan on doing so if I ever need to buy/sell/rent a home. Thank you Trevor!

<p>My husband and I listed our first home with Sean. We had owned it for 12 years and had both our kids there. Sean walked through the house and gave us "our must dos", "our nice to dos" and "our definitely don't put money into" list. We did all the updates requested by Sean. He selected the listing price and selling strategy based on the neighborhood. Our house was on the market for 7 days (with offers held). It sold following a multiple offer situation well above list price. The support we received from Sean and his team was invaluable. We were well supported throughout the entire process. This included having beautiful professional photos taken along with a pre-list professional home inspection. There were no-delays from our optimal timeline. A larger house around the corner on a bigger lot sold the week before ours for substantially less. Without Sean, his knowledge and professionalism along with his wonderful team we would never have had such a successful and painless sale. With Sean there are no surprises, he is punctual, knows the local markets, is happy to explain the where/when/what/why of things and is a good listener. When I reached out he was always available to talk, bounce ideas off or answer my questions, if I left a voicemail or sent an email he would respond quickly.
