My husband and I were vacationing in BC for the first time four years ago. Driving from Vancouver to Whistler, we were captivated by the extraordinary beauty of Lions Bay and the surrounding area. We came across an open house and met Mr. Doherty for the first time. Not being familiar with the local area and the country's real estate law, we naturally needed some extra help when we decided to purchase a home. Mr. Doherty guided us throughout the entire process: the local real estate market condition, the details of the home we were interested in, the difference between BC's real estate law and the US real estate law, connecting us to all other professionals needed to successfully complete the purchase in a very efficient, timely manner. We were very impressed by his knowledge, his professionalism, his willingness to go extra miles to help us out in every way possible. Craig did a great job for us when we moved from a rental to our current home in North Vancouver. Craig patiently helped us learn about the market here. His presentation skills and especially his ability to present offers was hugely influential in the sellers’ decision to take our offer (it was a very tight market that we were buying into at the time - his skills in this area really were a huge reason we ended up in the neighborhood that we wanted to end up in). Craig had a solid commitment to really knowing our needs and always genuinely looked to having our long term interests and goals met. I would recommend Craig without hesitation.

To say we as Buyers were satisfied is an understatement-Graig went out of his way to accommodate us in buying a new property and selling another property at the same time-Not knowing the area or any Realtor I have sent out a few emails to Realtors and Craig was the first to answer and I never heard anything from the others! Dealing with other Realtors in the past in the Vancouver Area we never had a Realtor that cared so much about his clients than he did-After buying he helped us with so many other things we had to deal with like Inspections etc-As we couldn't be in the area to deal with things like that he just took care of everything and any info we need to this day he is always willing to help! Needless to say he definitely deserves an outstanding Ranking-Thanks again Craig!!
