<p>As first time home buyers, my boyfriend and I were nervous about the process. Laura & Ralph were amazing to work with. They held our hands through the entire process and made us feel very comfortable. Laura assisted us in seeing different home types and areas and narrowing down our search. Laura promised us she would fund us the perfect home and she definitely kept her word. We found a home we LOVED! The offer process was very overwhelming as there were multiple offers on the home we wanted. We feel without Laura & Ralph and their knowledge we would have lost out on this home. When it came to final offer time they both gave their advice/opinion on what we should put in as our offer and do to their expertise we strongly feel it is the reason we got our home. Thank you so much for helping us through the process and we are so happy we chose you to guide us in this time.</p>

Ralph, Peter, Melissa and their team made the entire process seamless. Since this was my family's first time selling their home, they guided us each and every step of the way from delivering boxes to selling our home within two weeks! Working with Ralph was the right choice for me. He made the process of buying a new home enjoyable at a time that is normally overwhelming. He was always available to answer all of my late night questions and concerns, and always took the time to explain. He was thorough in his responses and I never felt rushed to choose a home. When we began this adventure (during a pandemic no less) we went from the idea of selling our townhouse to buying a single detached being just a possibility to reality very quickly. Ralph, Peter, Melissa and the whole Helping You Move team made this such a positive and memorable experience. As opposed to making us empty promises, Ralph and Peter made predictions: 1. That we would sell our home and have a closing date in late August; and 2. That we would find our new home by Father's day weekend and a closing date on our new home a week prior to the closing of our old home. They were 'bang' on. Ralph and Peter worked so hard to stage our home, get it ready AND SOLD all in less than a week. And when we were stressing out and anxious that we may not find our perfect home, Ralph and Peter reassured us time and time and time again not to worry; took the time to take our countless telephone calls to ensure us that there was nothing to be anxious about. They never pressured us to buy just any home either. My wife and I loved the fact that they seemed just as invested if not more so in the idea of us not rushing but to wait for the perfect home to purchase. This entire process, from the initial Zoom meeting with Ralph and Peter to the closing of our new home took literally less than 4 weeks. Words can not express how amazing this team is. Other brokerages may try to dazzle you with their extensive team of 10 or 12 agents, but from our experience and those of friends who have also used the Helping You Move Team...no body out works or out hustles this amazing group. They are hands on, client friendly, so patient and above all else and most importantly sincere. Thank you so much, from the bottom of our hearts, Ralph, Peter, Melissa and the entire Helping You Move team.....buying a home is up there in terms of one of the most important decisions you will make in your families life. You made us feel that this was just as important to you as it was for us. We will forever be grateful for that.
