When we began this adventure (during a pandemic no less) we went from the idea of selling our townhouse to buying a single detached being just a possibility to reality very quickly. Ralph, Peter, Melissa and the whole Helping You Move team made this such a positive and memorable experience. As opposed to making us empty promises, Ralph and Peter made predictions: 1. That we would sell our home and have a closing date in late August; and 2. That we would find our new home by Father's day weekend and a closing date on our new home a week prior to the closing of our old home. They were 'bang' on. Ralph and Peter worked so hard to stage our home, get it ready AND SOLD all in less than a week. And when we were stressing out and anxious that we may not find our perfect home, Ralph and Peter reassured us time and time and time again not to worry; took the time to take our countless telephone calls to ensure us that there was nothing to be anxious about. They never pressured us to buy just any home either. My wife and I loved the fact that they seemed just as invested if not more so in the idea of us not rushing but to wait for the perfect home to purchase. This entire process, from the initial Zoom meeting with Ralph and Peter to the closing of our new home took literally less than 4 weeks. Words can not express how amazing this team is. Other brokerages may try to dazzle you with their extensive team of 10 or 12 agents, but from our experience and those of friends who have also used the Helping You Move Team...no body out works or out hustles this amazing group. They are hands on, client friendly, so patient and above all else and most importantly sincere. Thank you so much, from the bottom of our hearts, Ralph, Peter, Melissa and the entire Helping You Move team.....buying a home is up there in terms of one of the most important decisions you will make in your families life. You made us feel that this was just as important to you as it was for us. We will forever be grateful for that.

Ralph, Melissa their team had anything and everything that we needed covered to get the house ready and sold quickly during what we thought was going to be a difficult time due to Covid 19. The handymen. stagers, movers, photographer and videographer were all amazing and 100% trustworthy. They were all VERY attentive, informative, positive, absolutely above and beyond! Ralph continues to keep in touch to see if we need anything. Needless to say, we are very happy and highly recommend them :)

Preparing your home for marketing and selling is a daunting task. Packing and all the logistics related to moving from one location to the other is full of potential pitfalls and unknown details. Ralph and his team takes all of that onto themselves with extreme professionalism and concern for your needs. That takes almost all of the anxiety out of the process. I am very thankful that Ralph was referred to me by a respected colleague and I am thankful I listened.
