Ralph and the team worked hard to get our home on the market in a timely manner with the date we had requested. The pictures, brochures & video clip made our property very desirable and pleasant to view. Ralph & his team assisted with all the questions we had along the way & were very reliable. <p>I thought Ralph and his team have been outstanding - particularly setting our selling price, timing of listing and particularly in people and negotiating skills. My only comment of suggestion would be to be more cautious with other agents visiting our home with their clients as there were a few times that lights were left on and the house was not left secure - doors and windows not locked.</p> <p>Ralph and his team has certainly gone over and above our expectations.
