Our buying/selling experience with Ralph has been second to none. We first met Ralph when we showed up at one of his open houses at which he was a listing agent and his friendly and easygoing personality led to a very successful collaboration. In terms of our buying experience, what really impressed us was his extensive knowledge of the neighbourhood and pointing out of unique features as well as flaws of a particular listing. During the transaction of the house that we bought, Ralph was patient, timely with responses, and strategic with key advice on the offer negotiations. When it was time to list our own house, Ralph and his team were amazing throughout especially in the midst of so much uncertainty during the second lockdown. From sending someone to help us touch up our house to staging (thanks Ange!) to creating a fantastic video to showcase our house, Ralph, Colin, Ange, Tiffany, and the rest of the team were professional, timely, and really knew how to advertise what we love about our house to everyone else. Even after all the papers have signed, Ralph still makes the effort to check in on us, makes recommendations for contractors, and even dropped off a beautiful bouquet of fruits to celebrate a successful collaboration. Thank you for everything that you guys did for us!

Quite simply put, Ralph is the best in the business. Period! My family and I have bought and sold with Ralph and his team several times over the years, and I’ve recommended him time and time again. It was our first time selling so we had no idea what to do and what to expect but we are so glad we found Ralph and his team. They are superb! They are a one stop shop which was very convenient for us as we have a little one and don't have the contacts required to get the home ready for listing.
