Jamie Swalie was able to provide my partner and I with sound advice prior to putting my house on the market. He was brutally honest, which we appreciated - 100% trusted him. I originally bought this property with Jamie's help 10 years ago and I had such a great experience it was a no brainer I was working with him again. After the ten years that had passed, I noticed how much Jamie has grown into his role. He seemed to be more comfortable and confident as an agent and I loved how comfortable he made us feel by just being himself! Selling a house is stressful and overwhelming, but not with Jamie. I felt like all I needed to do was clear some clutter to stage the house and Jamie and is helpers did the rest - touch ups, dump runs, cleaning, professional pictures...etc.... It was stress free leading up to the listing going live and I wouldn't know how to deal with it as smooth and as quickly as his team delivered. His positivity is contagious and I would highly recommend any of my closest friends and family to work with him again and again. THANK YOU JAMIE :)

Jamie was an amazing agent to work with the entire time we were looking for houses. He knew exactly what we needed to do to get the house we wanted, which happened to be the first house we put an offer on. He was very honest and patient with us, and made sure we were comfortable and confident with our offer. Jamie is an incredibly easy going person, and it's very clear that he goes above and beyond for his clients. He was very flexible and accommodating to make things work for us, and always got back to us right away if we had questions. It is clear he has years of experience, as he is very knowledgeable about the housing market. During what could have been a stressful time looking for houses, we were so happy to have Jamie to make the process so easy.

Being first time home buyers, my partner and I didn't really know what to expect when we started looking for houses, but Jamie made it such a positive experience!
