<p>My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Jamie when we enlisted him to help us buy our first investment property. We were new to the 'real estate as an investment' thing and our purchase was a condo to boot! Navigating this new and complicated world was daunting to say the least, and with condos there was so much to learn. Added to that, we then learned we had complications with the seller being in arrears on his condo fees! Jamie was there for us every step of the way and what seemed like all hours of the day as we peppered him with questions and 'what if' scenarios (sorry Jamie). He was knowledgeable, patient and gave us all the time we needed to help us at every turn. He isn't kidding when he says his clients relationships turn into friendships. He made us feel comfortable and at ease from the start. We cannot say enough positive things about Jamie...he truly cares and you can trust him with the biggest investment you'll likely ever make--your home!</p>
