We were given a glowing recommendation for Patrick from a friend who moved to Alberta from Ontario and needed to buy sight unseen. If she trusted him to help her buy a house from so far away, we knew he must be good. Patrick was so helpful! We contacted him before we were ready to buy just to get an idea of what the market looked like. He helped set us up with his website that automatically showed us homes meeting our specifications. This helped us take a look at the market and figure out what we could afford and what our goals should be. He was happy to show us homes that caught our interest, even though we weren't set on buying yet. He wasn't pushy and was really knowledgeable about what we should look for in a house. When we were ready to buy he helped us every step of the way and recommended great house inspectors, mortgage brokers, and real estate lawyers. Now that we have our house he's still helping us out buy recommending local businesses for any work we need done. I'm really happy that we chose Patrick to help us find our home!
