Patrick is very skilled at his profession. Always takes the time to answer our questions and makes sure we understand. I can call on him whenever I need. He also helped us find the other people we needed to complete the buying of our home as it was our first and did not know where to start...Patrick guided us with ease. He also helped our daughter when it was time for her to purchase her first home. I wouldn't use any other realtor.

I was nervous this was the first time I was buying a place. I had no idea what I was looking for or what I could afford. Patrick was able to give me suggestions On how to decide what I was looking for and also gave me a recommendation for a mortgage broker. He explained the whole process and everything went so smoothly I don’t know why I was ever nervous. He has checked on me at my anniversary date of my purchase it is nice to know that if I have any questions he is there to answer them even after all these years.

Patrick is an amazing agent! Both me and hubby are extremely picky and we were both at odds as to what we wanted in a house. Patrick was very patient with us and showed us many upon many different places before we chose our home. Thirteen years ago, Patrick helped us find our first home. The market was booming and we were naive to everything to do with purchasing a home. I don't remember how Patrick came to us, but it was meant to be! He found us a house very quickly and offered negotiation ideas, which worked to our advantage! He is just genuinely so kind. It showed through in the homebuying process, and every year after when he emails to wish me a happy birthday, when he remembers our "house anniversary", or when he drops off a frisbee for Canada Day.
