Patrick and his wife were incredible to work with. They are a fantastic team and helped us through the entire process and were always kind, professional and responsive. Moving isn't easy especially inter-provincially. We flew out and looked at about 12 homes in a single day and he dedicated his time to us. This was really above and beyond expectations and we were truly grateful. Once he learned what we were looking for; I recall a particularly impressive day where we had sent him many listings and quite literally in the same day he visited all the homes, took videos for us, and uploaded them for us to watch. We are now happily in our new home! I wish I could rate him higher than 5 stars. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

We planned on repatriating to Canada and saw Patrick’s videos on TV while in Mexico. He seemed to be a likely choice, but after working with him, he proved to us that he was the right choice to get us into a house that suited us just perfectly. Before arriving in Canada, he set us up with virtual showings and then we went from there to actual viewings after landing in Edmonton. It was a whirlwind of showings until we found the one we wanted to buy.
