I did not initially know Tom but saw his name on one of his signs, called him and this is now the 2nd time he has been my agent in 2 years. 2022 to sell and 2024 to purchase. I have high standards when it comes to competency and communication: he scores 100+ in both plus is over the top in all other aspects. For this purchase, his quick action/response, understanding of my needs and timings combined with his real estate savvy lead to no only securing the home purchase but at an unexpectedly lower amount. His advice around all other aspects such as the mortgage, lawyer and contractors was also so valuable. I would not consider another agent, it's that simple. You really recognize good quality customer service nowadays as, unfortunately, it is often hard to find. Knowing that I am fully supported and in good hands for such costly endeavors is something I am very grateful for. If anyone has the opportunity to work with Tom, they absolutely should. Tom Sapinski is a knowledgeable and highly competent professional but also a wonderful human being.

It was an all around 5 star experience with Tom. Tom is very knowledgeable about the Ottawa market and is very easy to work with. He did an exceptional job planning viewings as we were operating on a tight timeline, coordinating with the sellers realtor during the closing process, and his recommendations for an inspector and lawyer were top notch.. What I really liked about him through the process as inexperienced buyer was his ability to point out "What all is wrong with the house" which allowed for an informed decision making process.

Tom was a personable, professional agent who was extremely attentive to our real estate needs. What was truly impressive was his prompt replies to emails and phone calls to address any and all concerns we had. He was very knowledgeable about the condo market and only showed us properties that matched our search criteria. He was very punctual, always arriving at showings on time. Friendly and attentive, Tom was able to guide us through our purchase with minimal stress. He was also able to recommend an inspector and lawyer that we have also been very pleased with. We were extremely impressed with his level of service.

We worked with him to both sell our old home and purchase our new one, and were continually impressed with the guidance, transparency and support we got throughout. As we prepared our house to put on the market, he was instrumental in helping us get sale-ready from bringing in a stager to having cleaners before the photos. He provided a lot of value to us through his various connections, from the mortgage broker, the stager, photographer, and cleaners to the movers. You can be assured that if they have been recommended by him they are excellent at what they do. Tom exceeded our expectations of what a realtor client relationship should be. Tom has been wonderful. He met with us early on when we were considering moving to plan out the sale and purchase to best meet our needs and optimize our budget. He followed-up regularly to see if we had any questions or concerns along the way and to make sure we were comfortable with the pace everything was moving at. He worked around our schedule and accommodated our needs throughout the process. We spent a lot of time exploring neighbourhoods and different types of homes in the Ottawa area. This was helpful to ensure our purchase was exactly what we wanted and to help set expectations on the purchasing power of our budget. He was very responsive and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. We never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. He would offer good information and ask us thoughtful question to help us along the way. In the end we sold our house very quick at asking and found a place we love without making to make multiple moves or carry 2 mortgages for an extended period of time. There were a couple of hiccups when we first moved in to the new property but Tom was very helpful with resolving them quickly and efficiently. We highly recommend Tom to our friends and family.
