Dave was very accommodating and sensitive to my needs and desires in having to sell my condo. It was a difficult time of year ( just before Christmas) but he worked relentlessly to accomplish the best deal possible. I'm very pleased with his work ethics and concern for both parties involved. I would highly recommend his services.

He always made himself available to view properties and if he was not available, ensured one of his associates assisted us. We appreciated the videos he would send to give us updates.
