We knew we wanted to list in the spring but we wanted a handle on anything needing done before listing. Dave met with us early winter and did a walkthrough which was very helpful for is in terms of figuring out how best to prep, repair and stage for a spring sale. We met again in May and listed our house. Dave was responsive to all our questions and guided us through the sale of our house, ensuring we got what we hoped out of the deal.
