We received a close to asking price offer very quickly after our property was listed. Our property had good bones but needed some TLC so we were very pleased to find a buyer so quickly that offered us a fair price. Zamian gave great advice while negotiating the details of the sale. I was so pleased with the whole experience that I used his services to purchase another property 1 1/2 yrs later. Both times his service was impeccable and the transactions had no unforseen problems. Zamian provided excellent service and I highly recommend him.

There were multiple people involved in our purchase which meant multiple viewings of the same properties, he was patient and accommodating. I also sold my house with Zamian.
