Zamion was great, he helped us sell our Condo in 2012. It was sold within the week and we got well over asking price. With his help we found a beautiful home at a great price. In 2016 we sold our home and it took no time at all, we got well over asking price again. Zamion is very calm, cool and collected. He really listened to our needs and made great suggestions. He was very professional throughout the whole process. He made both experiences very easy and with a little fun along the way. We would definitely recommend him and will definitely be using him again for our next purchase.

We looked weekly for over a year and Zamian was so patient with me saying over and over again, "I just want you to be happy with your choice." That entire time, he returned every one of my calls, texts or emails promptly. He was always punctual, and professional and gave me lots of information on the market, the property, the process of purchasing, and he connected me with other great professionals (mortgage broker, lawyer, house inspector, cleaning company). When the time came to make the offer and negotiate he was quick, efficient, strategic and professional. I always felt well informed, no pressure, and that he was working 100% for my satisfaction. He even followed up with us a few times to make sure our move went smoothly and we were enjoying our new home! Zamian's experience in the industry combined with his easy going, fun loving personality made what most people find to be a very stressful time feel really fun, exciting and low stress. Zamian aided us in the sale of our condo and purchase of our new home. The material and processed used to sell our condo was first class and the amount of interest we recieved from his marketing plan was amazing. The entire sales process of our condo was straight forward and stress free. When purchasing our new home he listened to our needs and displayed patience as we requested to view many different homes before our final decision.
