We were from out of province. We bought a new home in the Gallagher Lake Village Park. Sonia knows the area very well and gave us numerous incites about Oliver area. Sonia made it very easy to do all the paperwork and contract from our out of province residence. She kept in touch and informed us on the progress of all stages of the building proccess. I would highly recommend Sonia as a real estate agent and would definitely use her services again.

Sonia is very personable while still retaining professionalism. Sonia was also excellent on communication prior to and after the sale. we found sonya to be very patient and knowledgeable to our demands. she put an extreme effort searching all possibilities not only for purchasing but for comparing properties and prices to give a true value of our interest. I was introduced to her in october of 2017 and didnt purchase until october 2018 coming from 1600 kms away she never gave up on us and maintained such a positive attitude. Any questions she didnt have an answer for when asked she would find out asap. we would certainlly recomend her
