Sonia is an absolute pleasure to work with. We feel she went above and beyond to help us out, particularly because of the travel involved for us, as we were moving from BC's lower mainland to the South Okanagan. Sonia contacted us very quickly once our agent from the lower mainland referred us to her. She gathered information from us within a few hours of the referral, and with her help we identified some properties we were interested in viewing. When we met with Sonia for the first time in Oliver, she was prepared and had all the viewings that we were interested in set up. Once we returned to Port Coquitlam, we saw a new listing in Keremeos that we were interested in. As we had just returned home from Oliver, we were unable to do the 4 hour drive to Keremeos to view that property right away. We called Sonia and asked if she would be able to do a video viewing for us that day. Without hesitation she agreed to travel from Oliver to Keremeos on Canada Day to do the video viewing for us. She then sent us the video which was fantastic. Once we expressed that we were very interested in the property, she ensured the listing agent was aware of our interest and requested that he let her know if any other buyers were interested. This gave us a chance to plan a viewing for the following weekend, knowing that if there were any other interested parties prior to our viewing, we would be given an opportunity to make an offer on the home. Sonia kept in contact with us and the listing agent throughout the week, and we finally were able to view the property with Sonia the following Saturday. At that point we were ready to make an offer and with Sonia's guidance and prompt actions, we ultimately became the owners of this property. We are extremely pleased with Sonia's efforts to ensure we got the property we wanted. Every contact we have had with Sonia has been prompt, efficient and friendly. She is knowledgeable, very easy to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend her services or do business with her again.

<p>Sonia was always very professional, prompt and helpful.<br />There have been some very stressful times over the construction of our home at our park and more completion to be done, but none of it was caused by our realtor.<br />We have marked NO below to the question "Did you get the value you desired from this transaction" because we truly feel we haven't at this point in time. This is due to the rush of the home build, thereby causing some errors made jointly by the Manufacturer & Construction Company.<br />Sonia did what she could whenever she could, getting answers and clarification for us. We will highly recommend her services to anyone.</p>

We were from out of province. We bought a new home in the Gallagher Lake Village Park. Sonia knows the area very well and gave us numerous incites about Oliver area. Sonia made it very easy to do all the paperwork and contract from our out of province residence. She kept in touch and informed us on the progress of all stages of the building proccess. I would highly recommend Sonia as a real estate agent and would definitely use her services again.
