When buying or selling a house, the queen team is the team to go with Samantha was so great with us and helped us look for our new home as well as selling two properties for us. Jennifer and her team made the sale of our first property an absolute breeze! It’s a very stressful task and we are so happy we chose Jen to take it on. From our first meeting to handing over the keys to accepting an offer, we felt taken care of and could focus our attention elsewhere, especially after just having moved into a new home. All the paperwork and communication was clear and understood, simple! The Queen Team did the absolute most spectacular job with the pictures and videos for the sale, truly showcased the house and made us feel confident it was being presented the best it could have been. The MLS write-up explained all the details and perfectly highlighted the qualities/improvements. During the showings and open house portion, we were kept in the loop and always reassured from their long-time experience all was in order and progressing nicely. She always made time for showings (even with an unreasonable notice of a day!), was so knowledgeable about the market, and we never doubted that she worked in our best interest. We put an offer in on a home when we were out of town, and Jennifer made the process so easy, even attending the home inspection on our behalf. Selling our home was equally seamless.
