The neighbourhood we really wanted is quite popular, and when something perfect came up, Sean carefully and quickly guided us through to closing. Sean was always honest about timelines and the need to act fast for the types of house we wanted. We navigated competing offers with Sean's expertise. Thanks to Sean we are in a house we love, and everything was taken care of in time for Christmas. When it's time to buy a move up home, we will definitely use Sean for our real estate needs.
