Initially, I was referred to Realtor Sean Gillis by a friend who described Sean this way; “you will find nobody better”. His description of Sean was totally accurate, both on a personal and professional level. I used Sean’s services twice in a five year span and I was totally impressed both times. In my first conversation with him in 2014, he commented that his integrity meant everything to him. His personal and professional integrity - both obvious and outstanding! Having spent almost 40 years myself in public life, having to deal with professionals from a variety of backgrounds, I have zero hesitation in recommending Sean Gillis and his real estate team. As mentioned earlier, you will find nobody better!

We had a detailed consultation with Sean about the type of house we wanted. Sean then went to work making suggestions, but never pressuring us. The neighbourhood we really wanted is quite popular, and when something perfect came up, Sean carefully and quickly guided us through to closing. Sean was always honest about timelines and the need to act fast for the types of house we wanted. We navigated competing offers with Sean's expertise. Thanks to Sean we are in a house we love, and everything was taken care of in time for Christmas. When it's time to buy a move up home, we will definitely use Sean for our real estate needs.
