Great experience from start to finish with the Christine Cowern Team. I would highly recommend their services to anyone selling their home. The staging consultation and rearrangement of my home decor I believe was key in getting a higher return on my investment. I was concerned that being overseas during the listing of my condo might prove difficult with an 11 hour time difference, but that didn't have any impact on the excellent service provided by Tara and the rest of the team. Tara sold my condo on day 2 of being listed and for more than asking. Many thanks to everyone involved in the whole process!

Moreover, the entire process, leading to multiple offers and a selling price (record in my condo building) that I could not have been more happy with, was the icing on the cake of a truly drama-free and pleasant sales process. They communicate clearly with you and keep you posted on all the bookings to see your home, make efforts to get back to those who view your property, and give you great feedback as to how to make your home the most attractive to buyers. They're up on the social media front, too, so you're not stuck merely with the MLS listing. All around, a great team to work with.
