Our experience with Andrea Feldman was top notch. Andrea is extremely professional, organized, and timely. We never had to worry that Andrea wasn’t on top of things. She was very patient with us, as first time home buyers, and took the extra time and effort to help us learn about the home buying process and even the different neighborhoods that we were new to us. When it came to visits, Andrea organized everything in the most convenient way for us, and was always there early. She always had good advice on pricing and value, and insights on the house, which ultimately helped us find our perfect home :)

Ali was wonderful to me and my student roommates as we tried to find a rental for this upcoming school year. As our school changed its curriculum to an online format, our housing requirements and number of roommates changed several times over this summer, and Ali was understanding and accommodating throughout. I'd recommend having a realtor for short term rentals, and I'd definitely recommend Ali!

She was so knowledgeable about the area, was so well prepared and absolutely wonderful to deal with. She answered all my questions and was willing to work with me on every aspect of the listing. Even through COVID, she was on top of everything and incredibly professional. In the end, we found a really wonderful tenant for my unit and I couldn't be happier with her and the whole Cowern team.
