<p>We have sold many homes. Robin and Barbara were the only agents that got us multiple offers over asking price. They coordinated with contractors to get improvement projects done in time to get our house ready for sale. Marketing was superb generating over 20 showings before open house and a sales contract in just 3 days!! We were more than pleased. We were ecstatic!</p>

Regardless of the sale, regardless of the issues that come up, Robin is a consummate professional, and understands the transaction and process better than most of her peers. Her response time is ridiculous fast (we have a theory that she doesn't sleep). Her understanding for navigating issues is second to none. No one else has a Plan, a backup Plan, and a backup to the backup Plan like Robin. She is always a step ahead of everyone else. Even though Zillow and Redfin and other online tools put a significant amount of control with the buyer or seller, we can say, without a doubt, that we could not have made it through using online tools alone without Robin's skills and understanding.</p>
