<p><br />Barbara was so fabulous in helping us pick out our home! She was very responsive to our questions and was very thorough with information. She is honest about buyers and sellers expectations, properties and the real estate market in general. Barbara accommodated our requests to see all the homes we wanted and at the same time asked us to keep our options open given our "must have list". In the end, we pursued a property that hit every bullet point and then some. She responds promptly and was very swift and timely throughout the entire process. We are sooooo happy with our choice and have Barbara to thank for helping us find our perfect house.</p>

<p><br /> Over 20 years ago Barbara helped me buy my first home with my minimal budget and FHA loan. I wasn't even 25 yet and loan officers were not returning my calls (no online options back in the day). Barbara contacted someone she knew who was able to help. Being relatively new to Virginia (lived in NJ whole life except for a couple years renting in VA), my parents even felt comfortable with her and my Dad was a former part time realtor and Mom was a legal secretary for a real estate lawyer. When I needed a larger home 10 years later, I trusted Barbara once again. She was patient since I wasn't set on a neighborhood yet and I wasn't set on how much money I was to spend. I wound up buying my new house before mine was sold (by about a month) as found THE ONE. This could've been very stressful but Barbara always kept me updated on the place I was selling and was aware of new listings that were competing with my house and talked about if there was an impact, if so how we could address it and also gave an approximate time frame for when we may want to revisit. And the day I sold my first house, Barbara wound up being unavailable (in hospital unexpectedly if I recall) and Robin seamlessly filled in. I had already spoken with Robin on the phone and knew they worked together as mother/daughter and was comfortable with the closing since Robin knew what was happening. This is exactly the benefit of working with them. I have been in this home for over 10 years now as well. Whenever I had random questions about contractors or thoughts about hardwood floor decisions and impact on resale, they (as a team) have always been very responsive. It is a lifelong relationship and was lucky to happen upon Barbara for that first real estate office I went into looking for assistance. That's rare to say these days. Definitely recommend highly and have to others already.</p>
