Ours was a complicated purchase because 3 siblings were purchasing a property for our elderly parents. Two of the purchasers lived out of town, as did my parents. Terrie made the whole process super easy. She kept all purchasers in the loop, she was very kind and careful to make sure my parents were comfortable with the process, and took time to talk to each of them one-on-one so they'd have a chance to raise any questions or concerns. She made accommodation for several members of our large family to view the property while the transaction was being completed (so that all my siblings had a chance to be involved). And there were multiple bids on the property - thanks to her advice, ours was the successful one. I've made several real estate purchases in this city and I've lived here for years. I'm pretty comfortable with the process and I know the market well. Even so, Terrie's advice and experience was a great help. Because of her help, we felt confident when we made the offer that we understood what was available on the market, and what a fair market value for the property was. My parents are now using the condo and they're just thrilled with it. They're happy, me and my siblings are happy. We all recommend Terrie for anyone seeking assistance and advice with a real estate purchase.

We contacted Terrie at noon on the 24th of November....by 4:20 that afternoon we received confirmation that our offer was accepted, which included the condition of possession the following Friday, December 1. <p>Terry went over and above when there was an issue with my house while I was away. She was away when the house sold but she had briefed her fellow agent on the house, so that was not an issue. She was initially over optimistic about pricing but the market stalled just as I put my house on the market.</p>
