Terrie is a phenomenal agent. She is professional, knowledgeable and one of the hardest working people I know. Her guidance and advice on the sale of my home and subsequent purchase of a new property was invaluable. She was patient and understanding and really helped take the stress out of the situation. I learned so much from her and am very grateful I had the opportunity to work with her.

Terrie is an excellent seller's agent and conducts herself with the highest level of professionalism. She is very knowledgeable about various aspects of what it takes to get a house listed and sold, with very effective results. However, we never felt that Terrie was pushing us to reduce the price. She was great to work with and kept in close communication with us. Terrie had an excellent grasp of the property we were selling, the area of the city, past and prevailing market conditions, and our level of concern over the time it took to sell.</p>
