Terrie had been fantastic through the whole process of a house purchase, she was honest and attentive to details. It's always such a treat to collaborate with the professionals of this level.

I was looking to purchase my first home and had very little prior knowledge of the process and not many people to pull information from. Terrie Dunand was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in this process. She knew if a property wasn't right for me and didn't sugarcoat anything. If there was an issue with a property then I knew about it. We looked at multiple homes and evetually found the most ideal one for me. An amazingly competent and well versed Realtor.
