Terrie is the best agent I have ever worked with! I especially liked our up-front conversations, her sound advice and professional approach. Terrie and her Client Care Manager, Lisa Olson kept me informed throughout the whole process. Terrie is very knowledgeable, experienced, prompt, extremely organized and efficient from start to finish. Even the finishing touches at the end of my sale were thoughtful and very much appreciated. She definitely goes the extra mile for her clients. I would highly recommend Terrie and will always use her for any of my future real estate needs.

Terrie promptly responded to our request to sell our house and came prepared with market information to assess the price and make recommendations. She outlined the sale process and coached us on what would happen the weekend the house hit the market. 48 hours later we had multiple offers over asking and the house was sold.

That aside, we found Terrie to be very knowledgeable and found properties we could be interested in further to this she noted that some of these needed renovations as she seems to know our lifestyle. When we did find the property we wanted she helped us tremendously throughout the purchase which had a few hurdles to jump through. She took care of us and provide great guidance throughout.
