Dave was a amazing guy. He had to deal with us in Ontario trying to purchase a house in Alberta. He took us thru a few homes via messenger, he worked around our schedule which wasnt easy somedays. He was always there when I needed him even if it was to ask a question he was always there and if he didnt have the answer trust me he found it out for me!!! If we ever buy another house Dave will be the man we call. 100% the best agent we have dealt with.
