Dave Cousins and team were amazing in handling the sale of my condo, while I was out of province. Didn’t even get to meet Dave until after the sale. He was open, honest, helpful and personable with everything I threw at him. He made sure that I was aware of everything in a timely fashion. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Dave and his team again. Dave is such a professional, and just knows his craft! I was so lucky to meet him at an open house. My home is unique, and therefore difficult so sell, and I had tried other agents. Dave said he could sell it .... although sceptical ... I signed up; and he sold it. I'm so impressed and couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Dave, he is knowledgeable, competent and just a nice person.

My son and I really enjoyed working with Dave. He was enthusiastic when we needed a boost and was very patient as it was my son's first home purchase. I would request his services again and I would recommend him to anyone thinking about buying in Edmonton. This is where I add a caveat: Both of the 'issues' I had were outside of his control but definitely impacted our experience. 1. The online portal was the worst online experience I can think of. It did not appear to have a functioning filter as it was sending homes significantly higher than our 'high number', homes that were duplexes with ownership of one side when we were clear on SFD and development property when we required a home and garage. The system would send duplicates of the same home after we had rejected it, making for a huge waste of time for everyone involved. The developer of this system could take a page from Tinder! Swipe and gone or swipe and keep. Simple. This system is anything but simple. 2. At each home the key was secured in a Bluetooth box which refused to work the first or eighth time at most every home. It began to feel like a lottery and we collectively celebrated each time it worked. Much like the portal, sounds good on paper but failed in the field. All that being said, David crushed the completion of this home sale!
