A consummate professional, April put us in touch with Simple Space Maker which company staged our home absolutely beautifully so that the story was about the house and not our particular furniture. The only point is to sell the house. Every prospective buyer could visualize their very own particular home inside our house. April brought an effective sales strategy to affect the best possible result. A fast sale (four days) and at a competitive price (above asking). The Neal Estate Team has certain tried and true marketing methodologies which obviously work very well. A Coming Soon enticement to build awareness and buzz about the house, a strong office support team providing grand communication between prospective buyers and the home owners. Superior staging so that the house showed well, with a variety of presentation mediums including pictures, voice over video, plans and three-dimensional pictures. April achieved a competitive bidding process so that we had multiple offers. April was thoughtful and ever-ready before during and after the entire process to answer our concerns and kept everyone on track.
