Hustle and Heart! This girl has it all! April has a lot of knowledge of Victoria and the surrounding neighborhoods, I can't imagine anyone having more. She is very resourceful and is always candid. She is always on time, one of my personal favourite characteristics, and she is willing to help however she can. 10 stars would be a more appropriate rating! Thank you for all that you do April!

I am most impressed with April services, throughout she demonstrated her professionalism, great customer services skills and her willingness to go above and beyond. I've met April when she was helping my daughter with the purchase of her property and then it was obvious April was very knowledgeable and when my daughter had an unprecedented misfortune, April stepped up to assist and provide exceptional service to resolve the situation. Engaging April to assist with your real estate transaction is a no brainer in my opinion, why you may ask :) THE START: I called April for the first time while she was on vacation and she took the time to answer. This just goes to show the dedication to her profession. THE HUSTLE: I asked April to show us ten homes in a single day and what was most impressive is her ability to peg the value vs the asking price. THE NAIL BITING: When it came time to negotiate for the home, she drove our offer to the seller's agent because his email wasn't functional. THE ANTICIPATION: During Covid19 she was able to arrange for our home to be professionally cleaned without us prompting her because she knows my wife has allergies. THE ARRIVAL: April was kind enough to meet us at our new home on the day of arrival during COVID-19 "Respecting Guidelines of course" and greeted us, even offered to assist with our one-year-old and four-year-old while we unpacked. THE NOW: Today, I'm thrilled, over the moon, and simply grateful to have met this wonderful person.
