We wanted to say a SPECIAL and heartfelt thank you to Akanksha who stepped up in our urgent time of need and did a wonderful job selling our Etobicoke condo at a price beyond our expectations and in an unpredictable real-estate market!!! Even with her busy schedule, she was always available to answer our multiple queries/concerns with a smile, gave us inputs on how to declutter the home, helped us professionally stage it, got us professional condo photographs and facilitated a virtual 3D tour to market our condo in the best possible way to maximize buyer interest! From our initial conversations over the phone, and them trying to understand not just our financial position but our family needs as well was truly appreciated. I love how they went on further to invite us to their offices. We brought in our “high energy” kids and they loved not just the hot chocolate offered, but being accepted and accommodated in a space where adults were discussing adult stuff.
