We were looking to buy our first home in Canada. Due to the highly unpredictable and fast moving property market in Toronto and suburbs, we knew that finding a good realtor is a key success factor. The first name came into our minds was Akanksha and her team. We trusted them because of the excellent service they provided to us in finding a condo for rent. At the moment we initiated the process Akanksha and Pankaj proved our decision to go with them is correct. Before beginning the process, they took a lot of time and genuine effort to educate us on the market and its behavior. They are very vigilant on the market conditions and got a wealth of knowledge on market prices of properties on the targeted areas. Both of them specifically handpicked the properties to target as per our budget and preferences. They kept a track of every property we targeted along with the remarks on the market price and other key factors. Pankaj was keen on arranging the showings in a quick manner and researched thoroughly on the properties we were interested on. They have a good knowledge on the surrounding environments of the properties and made us well aware whether those neighborhoods go along with our preferences or not. There was no pressure on this process at all. Their proactive approach and remarkable negotiation skills finally made it possible for us to secure a condo that perfectly matched with our criteria.
