Nichola helped us buy our new home in Davidson Creek, Sherwood Park. She KNEW everything about the area, schools, shops, and gave great recommendations for flooring and painters. she was refreshing and a shark when she needed to be. We got a great price in a crazy market.

She helped us buy (worked with the builder with Nichola as our agent) and it was a dream! WE had NO clue what we were doing and the builder always moved so quick, Nichola slowed things down for us and helped it make sense. She was amazing! We purchased Spruce Grove and love it! Thank you Nichola!! It was brand new area so she didnt know everything about the streets but once she found you, she always reported back the info we needed.
