<p><br /> At the end of last summer I began looking for a condo to purchase, and I was referred to Shane Parent by my sister, Sarah. Shane had sold her the house she currently lives in and highly recommended him. I began working with Shane last fall, purchased my condo this past April and moved in at the end of June of this year. Shane was very attentive and communicated really well. He was able to answer any and all questions I had about the home buying process, and as a first time home buyer this was very reassuring. Shaneís upbeat personality made the home buying process fun with no pressure. He learned very quickly what I was looking for and was able to steer our condo searching accordingly. Shane was very patient and made it a priority to find a condo that would truly be a home for me and my son. I really enjoyed working with Shane and would highly recommend him!</p>

<p><br /> Two years ago, my wife Tania and I decided to list our home and relocate outside of Edmonton. There was never a question about who we would use. We called Shane Parent and asked him to come speak with us. After an hour or two of conversation Shane ACTUALLY TALKED US OUT OF SELLING!!! Shane had only our best interests at heart and after our discussion he helped us realize that we were not ready to relocate. He sacrificed a substantial commission to ensure our continued happiness. Two years later our circumstances had changed and we were ready, so Shane got the call once again. Shane has been there for 4 home sales and 4 purchases for us throughout the years. With each sale or purchase Shane and his team were never content to rest on their laurels and allow their past successes to carry the transaction. The Platinum Team worked hard to earn our trust even though they had already done so, many times over. With each new challenge presented, Shane always had a solution that ended up exceeding our expectations. With this most recent sale and subsequent purchase, Shane has once again ensured his position as our exclusive realtor (although we hope to not need his services for a very long time). It is with great enthusiasm that I recommend Shane and the Platinum Team to anyone requiring such services. They truly are a step above the rest.</p>

My wife and I were never rushed or put under any pressure during showings.
