<p><br /> I was buying my first house. I was also looking for houses with a basement suite. Shane was very helpful in helping me determine which area of the city I wanted to buy and showed me many possibilities. He and his team were very accommodating to my schedule as I worked out of town. I was able to finalize the sale through email while being away in Fort McMurray. Shane was also a good negotiator helping to lower the final sale price of the house. I will call Shane in the future for his professional service from him and his team..</p>

<p><br /> Shane had been referred to us through a business associate and handled everything regarding the sale of our 2 condos with ease. I had a short time line to sell 2 properties which worked out fine thankfully. Not only did Shane get them sold quickly, but he also advocated and manage situations for us in ways I did not expect, but really appreciated.
