His knowledge and expertise were so appreciated through the process, and he helped is to think of questions and scenarios that we wouldn't have been able to ourselves being first time buyers. It was so good to have his thoughts and experience looking at the show homes and finalizing details with the sales center. No matter what our question, they always did the research and got back to us with an accurate response in a very timely manner, allowing us to move ahead quickly with an offer and prompt closing that met our timeline. Even following our closing on the property, Simon and his staff remained in close touch to ensure that we had answers to any questions that arose and provide any assistance needed with such things as utility hookup, property insurance, etc. We would highly recommend Simon whether you are a buyer or seller. His knowledge and responsiveness are second to none. His staff, Morgan, Jessica and Emily were great in every aspect.
