Simon helped us sell our house in a down market. He gave us excellent advice on staging, property improvements and how to create a turn-key property. We ended up with the highest sale price for our bungalow our size in that community. Our home sold quickly, and for more than we had expected. Simon knows what buyers are looking for and how to make a property appealing to their needs. Simon is fantastic to deal with, he goes out of his way to help you with anything he can. His team is wonderful to deal with and they are always quick with there responses. I will only use Simon as my realtor.
