Selling our house with the Elfassy team has been very easy. They are a very professional team that does more for 1% commission than most agents do for full commission. Their staging, marketing, photography, virtual tours, videos, and other visuals are all done superbly. James sold our house in less than 2 weeks for the price that we wanted. He is extremely energetic, punctual, easy to communicate with, and a very resourceful agent. Every step of the process was very smooth with James because he is very organized and keeps us well informed. He really goes above and beyond to make his clients happy.
