Dave and his team have been professional, accommodating, very experienced, oh and how can not comment on their time management skills. Dave was my main contact and managed the process of purchasing our new home with ease. Dave listened, was not aggressive but very knowledgeable about the market and was able understand our wishes and provide us feedback. This allows us to make a more competitive offer, and wow were moving. Within hours of completing the buying process his team changed hats and were now entering the selling stage, once again Sean came to meet us, went over in detail the selling process. Looking forward to working with his team on my sale. Efficient, knowledgeable, pleasure to work with. Dave and his team were quick to respond to my inquiries in a quick and efficient manner.

Lena was a great realtor to work with. She was always very pleasant and professional. The one thing that could have been improved was explaining in more detail/having a conversation about the reasoning behind the initial listing price and what offers I should realistically expect. Other than that, I would recommend Lena.
